CURRENCY

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

 To ensure that we can provide our clients with the best possible service, we require payment before any design work begins. Projects over $500 will require a 50% deposit non-refundable upfront, with the remaining 50% due when the project is 75% complete. Projects under $500 will require full payment before any design work begins.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

We use Stripe for invoicing and billing but we also accept payments through platforms such as Venmo and CashApp. If you prefer to use those platforms, you will receive a receipt through Stripe (marked as paid) to keep as proof of payment.​

CANCELLATIONS

You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.

REVISIONS

Each project will specify the number of revisions included . For smaller projects under $500, we include 3 revisions. Further revisions will require an additional fee.

 

ABANDONED PROJECTS

Each project has a timeline and an estimated start and completion date.  Please respect our timeline and respond in a timely fashion with any revision requests once project has commenced.  A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 30 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full. If we have not heard from you and you contact us after the 30 day abandonment, a start up fee may apply.

PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT

We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.

COPYRIGHT FOR ARTWORK

Graphic designs created at our studio are custom-created and exclusive to each business.  Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of our graphic design rights if they are used elsewhere.

CONTRACT WITH PUSH STAT GRAPHICS

By entering into a project with Push Start Graphics, LLC., you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures.  Please note that our policies and procedures can be changed or updated at any time without prior notice to you.
